Our Small, Medium and Largesites are based on our own hosting platform, which is neither Plesk Panel or cPanel. We’ve always been building and running our own platforms since 1998, but have experience with aforementioned platforms, though they do not offer the security and usability that we would like ourselves.
Our Medium- and Largesites includes backup of all files on the server as well as MariaDB (MySQL) databases, continuously 30 days back in time, and the backup is always easily accessible using FTP. You can also log on to FTP with TLS.
We can also offer web servers for our own platform, that runs Nginx/load balancing options, for web sites with high or projected high levels of traffic. We can also offer virtual servers with CentOS 7 and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Our mail servers (in and outgoing – STARTTLS) and our professional webmail (HTTPS) are all encrypted.
Our servers are located in Denmark, at the Interxion data center in Ballerup. This is a state-of-the-art data center. We have daily backup of our infrastructure, transferred to our Copenhagen offices, and a third location.
We are not operating with specific SLAs, but what we offer is high quality hosting, where stability, performance and security is paramount. We monitor our services around the clock, and start error correction as soon as we are alarmed/notified.
